The main structure of PVC flooring consists of PVC wear-resistant layer, printing layer, glass fiber reinforced layer, support layer and PVC foam buffer layer.
1.Special UV layer
Effectively prevent the floor from fading, using special U.V. treatment technology surface, green and environmentally friendly; no formaldehyde, no radiation; effectively inhibit bacterial reproduction; excellent stain resistance, easy to clean; no need for waxing, more convenient maintenance.
2.PVC friction resistance
The thickness is more than 2.0mm, and processed with anti-aging and fastening technology. It is wear-resistant and pressure-resistant, and has a service life of up to 5-10 years. The more PVC encounters water, the more slippery it becomes, and it is naturally waterproof.
3. Printing layer
It can realistically restore the textures of stone, wood, carpet, leather, metal and other materials to interpret natural styles; it can produce a variety of special textures such as reflection, glare, color change, etc., which are beautiful.
4. Fiberglass layer
The glass fiber reinforced mesh and special mesh fiber reinforced layer of the special PVC floor stabilize the size and extend the service life of the floor; the floor never shrinks and the performance is more stable; it has strong thermal conductivity and even heat dissipation.5. Support layer
The support layer and pressure-resistant layer increase the pressure resistance of the product. No indentation will appear even if heavy objects are pressed on it.
6. Foaming/secret chamber layer
There are two types of foam layers, a closed dense bottom cushion foam layer and a high-density PVC foam buffer layer, such as an air cushion structure, which provides absolute safety, resilience and standard vibration absorption, with a shock absorption rate of 50%.
